Job Seeker Journey

  • Applicant Registration

    Candidates must register on the portal by providing basic details and paying a nominal registration fee of ₹. 1000/-

  • CV Upload

    Applicants upload their updated CVs and supporting documents to build their professional profile.

  • Job Application

    Registered users can explore listed opportunities and apply based on eligibility and interest.

  • Profile Empanelment

    Based on skillsets, experience, and domain, profiles are empaneled and matched with suitable openings.

  • Client/Corporate Coordination

    The DISHA team facilitates communication between candidates and potential employers for alignment and scheduling.

  • Interview Facilitation (Maximum of 6 per year)

    DISHA will coordinate and facilitate up to six interviews per applicant in a calendar year.

  • Job Placement Timeline

    The goal is to ensure job placement within one year of registration.

  • Registration Fee Refund

    If no job is offered within one year, the registration fee will be refunded, ensuring transparency and trust.

  • Job Opportunity Limit

    A maximum of three job offers will be made per applicant, based on their qualifications and preferences.

  • Deactivation Clause

    If an applicant refuses all three job opportunities, their registration will be deactivated without a refund.

  • Consultancy Fee on Placement

    Upon successful job placement through the DISHA portal, the candidate will pay a consultancy fee equivalent to one month’s salary.

  • Auto Deactivation Post-Placement

    Once placed in a job, the applicant’s registration will be automatically deactivated from the portal.
